- PR NO: 001905571 – NSN: 6105-00-765-2043– TORQUE MOTOR – CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM – WOODWARD GOVERNOR COMPANY (Cage 66503) - P/N 1886-254 – CRITICAL – COMMERCIAL ITEM - UTILIZED ON THE AIRCRAFT TF-34 ENGINE This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed quantity contract. Required quantity is 65 each plus a 100 percent option. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as, unrestricted; other than full and open competition procedures. Delivery requirement is 210 days. A Subcontracting Plan is required. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
