- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT USING FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION Department of Homeland Security This is a notice of intent for the General Services Administration to solicit space for the Department of Homeland Security in Atlanta, Georgia. The Government is seeking space for approximately 4,000 -6,000 usf square feet of office, storage, break room, and conference area. Delineated Area: The space must be located 20 miles outside of Central Business District of Atlanta. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided apart of the rental consideration. Parking for 23 vehicles is also required onsite. Occupancy: The space is required on or about September 1, 2008.
