- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is PC-08-Q-GLP2 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This is a requirement for commercial water purification systems. See Amendment 1 to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the full RFQ. The applicable NAICS code is 333319 and size standard is 500 employees. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect at the time of publication. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) can be accessed on the Internet at http://www.arnet.gov/far. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. AN AMENDMENT TO THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION WILL CONTAIN THE FULL RFQ WITH ADDITIONAL MATERIALS AND INSTRUCTIONS. QUOTES ARE DUE BY 5:00 PM EST, 09 JULY 2008 TO GPALIN@PEACECORPS.GOV.
