- The government intends to release a solicitation on or about July 20, 2008 for defense reform/transformation assistance and support to the Georgian Ministry of Defense (MOD) and Georgian Armed Forces (GAF). The objective of this contract will be to provide, on a Task Order (TO) basis, contractor services necessary to assist the GAF in learning and understanding methodologies used to establish and develop systems, functions, and procedures of the Government of Georgia Armed Forces. The government anticipates a five-year IDIQ single award Cost Plus Fixed Fee type contract. This is an FMS Requirement under FMS Case GG-B-UAM. There is an incumbent.
