- Project 06-0008 To procure roof replacement on Bldg 13 at Wright-Patterson AFB OH. NAICS Code 238160, Size Standard $13 Million. The proposed acquisition is for a sole-source from the Small Business Administration (SBA) using the authority of Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. This synopsis is made available for potential subcontractors and is not intended for the basis of competition or negotiation with any company other than the selected sole source. This proposed contract action is for roofing services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.202 Section (a)(4). The 8(a) selected source is SheltonDean, 311 E. Jennings Street, Tallahassee FL and has been chosen by the Small Business Administration prior to the release of this synopsis
