- The contract is for the enhancement of the Whitecloud Campground water system through the replacement of the campground water distribution pipe, installation of drains, and replacement of failed flush valves. Bid options include enhancement of the supply collection and pumping system. The Project Location: The Whitecloud Campground is located 12 miles east of Nevada City on Highway 20 towards Emigrant Gap and Blue Canyon. The Whitecloud Campground is on the Yuba River Ranger District of Tahoe National Forest. Estimated Start Date September 2008 Please refrain from asking technical questions until you review the solicitation package which will be uploaded on or about July 8, 2008. The Government's estimate is: $25,000 to $100,000.
