- This is a "Sources Sought" notice only. The Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (USDA-NRCS) in Oklahoma is seeking sources capable of providing appraisal services for Wetland Reserve Program (WRP) or other similar conservation easement programs. Appraisal services will be for easements located throughout Oklahoma. All companies capable of providing appraisal services must comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). If you are interested in entering into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide the appraisal services, email to Rattana Kittitornsup-Nantz at rattana.kittitornsup@ok.usda.gov. Vendors need to register at www.ccr.gov and https://orca.bpn.gov.
