- THIS NOTICE IS AN UPDATE OF PREVIOUSLY RUN SOLICITATION NOTICE # 7NY2163. THIS NOTICE REVISES THE SQUARE FOOTAGE, THE DELINEATED AREA AND THE OCCUPANCY DATE. The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 3,080 rentable square feet encompassing the towns of Cheektowaga, Williamsville, Bowmansville, and Clarence, New York bounded as follows: North: Main Street; East: Harris Hill Road; South: Genesee Street; West: Union Road. The space should yield between 2,800 to 2,940 ANSI/ BOMA Office Area square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, cancellable by the Government after the fifth year. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 18, 2009. The space must meet Government requirements for Handicapped Accessibility and Fire and Life Safety.
