- USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service is announcing a project under the Wetland Reserve Program for Bowie County, Texas. The works consist of constructing ridge/swale microtopography (excavation and earthfill), dike, and water control structure (corrugated metal pipe, concrete, and earthwork) to restore a wetland area. The site requiring work is located in Bowie County, Texas. The work must be completed in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Range: $25,000 to $100,000. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted o/a June 27, 2008.
