- Description
- The 509th Contracting Squadron, Whiteman AFB, MO will issue a Request for Proposal for Library Services under Solicitation Number FA4625-08-R-0003. The proposed acquisition will be set-aside to small service disabled veterans business. This will be issued as a Commercial Solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12. The NAICS Code is 519120. This will be a contract with a Basic Year plus four (4) option years. The anticipated release date for the RFP is on or about 8 Jul 08. The RFP will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBiz Ops); paper copies will not be made available. NOTES: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) has been implemented and is effective as of 01 Jan 05. ORCA enables vendors to submit and update their representations and certifications on-line. ORCA is part of the Business Partner Network (BPN) and is located at http://orca.bpn.gov. The ORCA site contains an ORCA Application Handbook and an ORCA Quick Reference Guide. Although we are providing a link for the Interested Vendors List (IVL), please note the listing will not be used by the Contracting Officer to notify vendors of Amendments to this solicitation. It is your responsibility to monitor the Fed Biz Ops web page for changes to the solicitation. Use of IVL is strictly your choice. No response to this announcement is required. The government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this announcement. The solicitation subsequent to this announcement may be cancelled. After solicitation and prior to award the possibility exists to reject all offers when cancellation is clearly in the public interest. This announcement does not obligate the Government to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.
