- PR # 0018810275, 5960-00-767-9048. Approved source: L-3 (89146) P/N L-4940. The requirement is for 5 each to be delivered as a FMS requirement, within 180 days. Any interested party may request a copy of the solicitation from Christy Boyer (614) 692-7389, Christy.Boyer@dla.mil by COB 27 June 2008. See Note 26. This solicitation will not be available on the Internet. Hard copies of this solicitation are available by request. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available, therefore the government intends to solicit under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. 26. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
