- Description
- The contractor will provide all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, supervisions, and other necessities to conduct Preventative Maintenance (PM) and inspections, testing, and certification of equipment, control inspection (CI) of facilities, repair of equipment and facilities, facilities service (FS) and other support services as outlined in the solicitation for Marine Corp Reserves Centers (MCRC) located in Huntsville, AL, Montgomery, AL, Jacksonville, FL, Tampa, FL, Windy Hill, GA, Eastover, SC, and Memphis, TN. The NAICS Codes is 561210, Facility Support Services and the Size standard is $32.5 Million. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Service IDIQ Contract with a one (1)-year base contract and four (4)-one year options. MAGNITUDE OF WORK: The approximate annual value is $250k to $500k per year for fixed priced services. This solicitation is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will only be available in electronic format, downloadable from the internet. No CD-ROMs or hardcopy documents will be distributed. Offerors must register in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to receiving an award of a contract. Offerors must be registered in the Federal Business Opportunity (www.fbo.gov ) to download the solicitation documents. It is the responsibility of the offerors to monitor the website for notices and amendments. The solicitation will be posted on or about 30 June 2008 with proposal due on or about 31 July 2008.
