- UNRESTRICTED DREDGING PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITY. The work consists of maintenance dredging portions of the Norfolk Harbor Channel (Lamberts Bend to Paradise Creek) to a depth of 41 feet with 1 foot of allowable overdepth. The work shall be performed by a clamshell dredge with all dredged material transported by bottom-dumping barges or scows, or combination of both, and all dredged material deposited within the Rehandling Basin at the Craney Island Dredged Material Management Area. The work involves dredging approximately 157,600 cubic yards of material including allowable overdepth dredging and estimated accretion to August 2008.
