- Idaho Panhandle National Forests, NZ Vault Toilets Installation Sandpoint Ranger District, Bonner County, Idaho. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the installation of three precast concrete toilet buildings and vaults, consisting of pick up and delivery, clearing, grubbing, excavation, installation, backfilling, and site grading. The buildings are supplied by the USFS; Contractor will pick up and deliver the units to project sites. Two toilet buildings are located in Sandpoint, Idaho and one is located in the building manufacture (CXT, Spokane Washington) Spokane Washington. Contractor shall coordinate with the Sandpoint Ranger District to pick up the two units stored at the work center and with the building manufacture (CXT, Spokane Washington) to pick up the other unit. The toilets will be installed at locations on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille. One site (Granite Creek) is accessible by Forest Service Road 278. Two other sites (Green Monarchs and Maiden Rock) are boat only access and require that the toilet buildings, construction equipment, tools, materials, and labor have barge transportation to and from the project site. Up to three (3) contracts will be awarded to the Contractor(s) who provide the best option based on price, past performance, technical capability, and availability. Price ranger between $25,000 and $100,000. This project is set-aside for Small Business. Package will be available July 1, 2008.
