- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal AcquisitionRegulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in thisnotice. This announcement constitutes the request for quote (RFQ) for therequired supplies and services as required by solicitation V2192381541651 andconducted using FAR Part 13. There are twelve attachments to this combinedsynopsis and solicitation, to include, Attachment 1 - Price Spreadsheet, whichcan be obtained directly from this contracting office. All other copies ofattachments 2-12 are unchanged from prior request for quotes, therefore offerorsdo not need to request them. All new potential offerors need to contact theFISC Norfolk Contract Specialist identified herein for Attachments 1-12. FISCNorfolk intends to purchase a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Requirements(IDTC-Requirements) type contract for the following: CLIN 0001 HusbandingServices Provider in support of USS CARNEY (DDG-64) for Penn's Landing, PA. Thecontractor shall provide services in accordance with the Performance WorkStatement (PWS) therein. Pricing shall be completed in accordance withAttachment 1, Pricing Spreadsheet.
