- The estimated solicitation issuance date has change to: on or about 20 June 2008. Pre-Proposal Conference has been scheduled in Sofia tentatively on July 8, 2008 at 0900 hours and a Site Visit tentatively on July 9, 2008 at 1000 hours at Novo Selo Training Area, on highway 7 east of Sliven. Participants are limited to 2 people per firm. Further details will be provided at a later date. Offerors wishing to attend the Site Visit must provide the information listed below NLT Friday June 20, 2008 1000 hours for access site approval.
