- The Department of the Navy, Military Sealift Fleet Support Command (MSFSC), intends to issue a brand name sole source solicitation for a class buy of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) by HYSTER, OEM parts under the authority of FAR 13.501, for 15 ships. Parts to be shipped to Williamsburg, VA The RFQ will be posted to the MSC contract webpage (see below) on or about 19 JUN 08. Interested vendors are encouraged to register under the vendor listing.
