- Description
- The United States Army CECOM Life Cycle Management Command (CECOM LCMC) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) type contract for procurement of twenty-one (21) Circuit Card Assemblies, NSN 5998-01-458-7058 for the AM-7189A. The resulting contract will be awarded on a sole source basis, to Rockwell Collins, 400 Collins Road NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) because, Rockwell Collins possesses the manufacturing data, is the actual manufacturer of this item, and is the only responsible source. Shipments are to be FOB Destination New Cumberland, PA with Inspection/Acceptance FOB Source. The delivery schedule will be 2 each 160 Days after Contract and 2 each month thereafter until completion. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
