- THIS COMBINE SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION is to satisfy the governments requirement for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number M6700108Q0143 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for all qualified small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 238210, and the small business size standard is $13 Million. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) is 5925. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. The award will be made on the basis of all or none. Quotes will be evaluated on a lowest priced technically acceptable basis. Line Item #0001: Electrical Circuits 20 amp 120 volt with (2) duplex receptacles each, QTY: 0016 ea. Line Item #0002: Electrical Circuits 15 amp 208 volt, QTY: 0001ea. Line Item # 0003: Electrical Circuits 30 amp 208 volt, QTY: 0001 ea. Line Item # 0004: Air Conditioner, Model: SkyAir R-410A, MFR Name: Daikin AC (Americas), Inc. MFR PN: FHQ36MVJU (indoor unit), RZQ36MVJU (outdoor unit), QTY: 0001 ea. Line Item # 0005: Installation of circuits and Installation of Air Conditioner unit. A SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED FOR 1000 hr (10:00 AM) EST. ON 24 JUNE 2008. The Location of Site Visit is: Littoral Warfare Training Center, Bldg H-1, Julian C. Smith Rd. Camp Lejeune, North Carolina 28542 and the POC is Mr. Olmstead at 910-451-9995. Deliver To: MARINE CORPS BASE, BLDG H-1, JULIAN C. SMITH Rd. CAMP LEJEUNE, NC 28542.
