- NSN 1560-01-140-7655, PR 0018943398; Item:Panel, Fuselage, Aircraft. P/N 1128CEH40300-17 from CAGE 26512 or CAGE 61174, Northrop Grumman Systems, or CAGE 1PFX4, Aurora Flight Sciences, P/N 1128CEH40300-17. This procurement is expected to result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract for a quantity of 25 each with no option. Government First Article testing applies to this procurement. The First article unit is due 120 days from date of the award. Production line item delivery is 365 days after first article approval.. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation opening date is 07/02/08, the close date is 08/04/08. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
