- This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around 12 June 2008. Solicitation number FA4600-08-R-0020 is being issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-18. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 812320, and the small business size standard is $4.5 Million. This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business.The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order for the following service: Base Laundry Service IAW the Performance Work Statement on Offutt AFB, NE. Please reference solicitation # FA4600-08-R-0020 on all correspondence. If you would like to have a site visit please contact SSgt Jeremiah Keenan via e-mail ( jeremiah.keenan@offutt.af.mil ) or phone (402-232-6914) to set up a time to make a site visit. Only one site visit will be performed. Once a time and date for the site visit has been set, the time and date will be posted to Fed Biz Ops. All quotations must be received via e-mail (jeremiah.keenan@offutt.af.mil) or fax (402-294-7280) to SSgt Jeremiah Keenan at the 55 Contracting Squadron, 101 Washington Square, Bldg. 40, Offutt AFB 68113-2107 by 14 July 2008 at 4:30pm (CST). Quotes must be valid for 30 days after the date that the quotes are due. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements on quotations.
