- Description
- This acquisition is to provide engineering services for AN/ALQ-172(V) Software Block Cycle Support. The contractor shall perform or support software design, code implementation, and lab testing at the contractor facility as well as WR-ALC. They shall support ground and flight testing for these block cycles. Contractor shall provide updates as required to the numerous specialized development and test tools needed to implement these OFP changes. Period of performance will be 18 months plus a 12 month option. The solicitation will be issued sole source to ITT Avionics, and to be awarded as an order against basic ordering agreement FA8523-05-G-0002. Authority: 10 U. S. C. 2304(c)(1), Justification: supplies or services required are available from only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. See Note 22, 26.
