- NSN(s): 4820-01-122-6302 Item Description: Check valve assembly Manufacturer’s Code and Part Number (if applicable): (05722) P/N 145H1288-1(56811) P/N 145H1288-1(77272) P/N 145H1288-1 Quantity (including option quantity): 1,289 annually Unit of Issue: each Destination Information: FOB destination Delivery Schedule: 101 days Solicitation will be issued under FAR Part 15. Solicitation will be set-aside for small business. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
