- Refuse Removal and Recycling Services for Ft Bliss, TX installation and range areas. The period of performance will be a base year of October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009 and four 1 year Options. This invitation for bids will be issued on or about July 18, 2008 with a tentative closing date of August 18, 2008. This solicitation is subject to the availability of funds (SAF)for FY 09 and has an anticipated award date of 1 October 2008.
