- Description
- The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 issues this solicitation for Web Developer / Programming support for On-line Courseware Integration. This effort will be an 8(a) set aside for 1 person for a base year plus 4 option years. The Statement of Work (SOW), Source Selection / Evaluation Criteria, and a draft DD Form 254 can be reviewed at http://www.msic.dia.mil/contracts/contracts.html in the Current Statements of Work Section. FAR solicitation provisions 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items are applicable to this requirement. No solicitations shall be issued other than this notice. All offerors interested in submitting must fax or email their proposals with details to MSIC, Roy DeSilva, Fax 256-313-7963 or email proposals to didesra@msic.dia.mil NLT COB 26 Jun 08.
