- 54-The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Tioga Hammond/Cowanesque Lake Facility, Tioga, PA requires the supply and delivery of a floating mooring dock system and a boat launch floating dock with gangway for the Ives Run Recreation Area and Tompkins Campground located in the Tioga, PA area. This requirement NAICS is 444190 and the size standard is $6.5 million. It is currently set-aside for small businesses only. This requirement must be provided in strict accordance with the specifications included in the request for questions bid package that can be obtained from the Corp s' website, FedTeDS. Only those vendors who can provide the requirement EXACTLY as stated in the specifications may provide a quote. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors requests for this solicitation must be performed through ASFI. Contractors may download the request for quotations package in an electronic format, free of charge to all authenticated account holders of Federal Technical Data Solution System (FedTeDS)--a one time registration process for vendors/contractors--Accounts may only be attained by CCR-registered contractors/vendors, go to: https://www.fedteds.gov for additional information.
