- 1. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Contractor must accomplish the following implied tasks and activities to effectively provide the musical leadership for worship as choir director noted above. Provide appropriate musical leadership as choir director for The Roman Catholic Mass. The contractor will also provide choir director support for weekly choir rehearsals as required. The contract period is for one (1) year with two (2) option years. Offer due date listed is approximate and subject to change based on solicitation issue date. POC is Larry Brown. All contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Therefore, offerors that are not registered should consider applying for registration immediately upon receipt of this solicitation.
