- This is to provide a Notice of Intent to Award on a Sole Source Basis to provide all personnel, equipment, material and other items necessary to provide the following: 0001-AA:Countrywatch Suite Online Database (Premium + Macro-Forecast + Energy Forecast)., IP Access, 1500 FTE 0002-AA:Distance Learners Cost for Countrywatch Suite Online Database. IP Access, 1500 FTE Renewal for the period of 2 years. Period of performance 31 December 2008-30 December 2010. ***Cost is to be divided between these two line items. The government intends to award a fixed price contract to Countrywatch, Inc. under purchase request number F2XHE18143A001. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this award is 519120 with a size standard of $6,500,000.00. Delivery is FOB destination. Items must be received no later than 30 days after receipt of contract. No request for proposals will be issued. Statements of interest are due by 12 noon CST, 24 June 2008.
