- This Amendment A002 to the Solicitation DTRT57-08-R-20028 is effective June 17, 2008. (a.) This Amendment A002 is issued to correct a typographical error in the Response Date tag in the website posting of the Solicitation Amendment A001. The Response Date tag in the posting is being corrected to show June 18, 2008 to correspond to the response date of June 18, 2008 stated in the Solicitation section INSTRUCTIONS TO PROPOSERS. (b.) In accordance with the Solicitation instructions in FAR 52-212-1 (b) (9), an Offeror must submit acknowledgement of all Amendments to the Solicitation as part of its Offer. (c.) Except as provided herein, all other provisions of the Solicitation DTRT57-08-R-20028 as amended remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
