- Subject to final approval, The Bureau of the Public Debt, Administrative Resource Center, Division of Procurement, intends to acquire on a sole-source basis, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, through Leased Housing Developers Co, Bureau of the Public Debt, Attn: Richard Quaranta, 200 Third Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101 replacement of sub-3 fan coil on HVAC. The contractor is the lessor of the building and responsible for the operation of the Bureau of the Public Debt building HVAC equipment. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No solicitation document is available. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If a written response to this notice has not been received by June 23, 2008, no later than 2: PM EST, a sole source award will be made. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to: Bureau of the Public Debt, Division of Procurement, PSB1, 200 Third Street A5F, Parkersburg, WV 26101.
