- NSN: 5977-00-851-8011, Electrical, Brush. Pre-solicitation notice issued to establish a Firm Fix Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with base and four (4) options years. The guaranteed minimum for the base year is 8,547 each. The annual estimated quantity is 34,188 for the base and option years. The maximum annual contract quantity is 68,376 for base and option years. This is an Un-restricted procurement. Approved sources are National Electrical Carbon, CAGE 0AHP6, P/N: 63001280, Miraj Corporation, CAGE 18783, P/N: 10114 and Hamilton Sundstrand, CAGE 73030, P/n: 572867. This part is use on the C-130 Hercules and Phantom F-4 aircrafts. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Delivery: 60 days ARO or best available. FOB is at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination will be required. This is a Critical Application Item. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The anticipated solicitation issue date is July 1, 2008 and the anticipated closing date is August 1, 2008. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https:// www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
