- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a two year indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery firm fixed price contract for the procurement of: Oscilloscopes NSN: 6625-01-549-4459 P/N: DPO7104 for a best estimated quantity of 9 for the basic year and a best estimated quantity of 17 for the first ordering year. GPIB ARB NSN: 6625-01-552-2414 P/N: AFG3102 for a best estimated quantity of 12 for the basic year and a best estimated quantity of 25 for the first ordering year. Rack Mount Kit NSN: 5975-01-551-5128 P/N: RM3100 for a best estimated quantity of 12 for the basic year and a best estimated quantity of 25 for the first ordering year. 1.5GHZ Active Probe NSN: 6625-NC-C64-0220 P/N: TAP1500 for a best estimated quantity of 18 for the basic year and a best estimated quantity of 32 for the first ordering year. Active Probe NSN: 6625-01-417-5349 P/N: P6139A for a best estimated quantity of 18 for the basic year and a best estimated quantity of 32 for the first ordering period. The end items for this equipment are used on the COMMON application. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source Tektronix, Inc. under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested person(s) may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Only one source "Tektronix, Inc" (CAGE Code: 80009). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within the twenty-five days after issuance of solicitation, or 25 days after the publication date of this synopsis will be considered. OMBUDSMAN: All potential offeror(s) should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serous contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
