Solicitation Number: W58RGZ-08-Q-0274 Set Aside Code: N/A Response Date: (MM) (DD) (YYYY) 15 days Description: PRON: AX8C9126AX. The Government to acquire a quantity of 12 each of a FILTER ELEMENT,AIR, NSN: 4130-01-376-5417, Part Number: 13075671-019 applicable to the CD-TADS/PNVS. F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to MESA, AZ. 85215-2593. The required delivery when First Article (FA) requirements are not applicable is 6 each 240 days after contract award (DACA) and 6 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to Lockheed Martin Corporation, Cage Code: 04939, because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
