- This is an annual synopsis of repair basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00104-08-G-A763 with Advanced Turbine Services LLC, Meriden, CT and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis for all repair orders issued by the NAVICP for the period of 2008 June 27 thru 2009 June 27 for the evaluation and repair of TF40B Containers, Output Groups and various components. Some representative NSNs are as follows: NSN 7H 5895-01-222-1489 Isolator, Radio Freq; NSN 7H 6110-01-201-0911 Module Assembly; NSN 7H 5999-01-266-6229 GL Circuit Card Assembly; NSN 2S 2835-01-526-4204 P2 Output Group TF40B; NSN 2S 8145-01-491-1401 P2 Shipping and Storage; NSN 2S 2835-01-261-9084 P2 Power Producing Gr.Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC(c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
