- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 7, Network Contracting Activity intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, with Cornell University, Inc for contractual statistical services on the study of the impact of Vocational Rehabilitation on mentally ill veterans under the direction of the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center. The NAICS code is 541712 and size standard is 500 employees. The contract period will be from July 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009. This Notice of intent is Not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties that can provide similar services or equal product must submit their technical specifications of product or services, past performance information, price and delivery time, detailing how their services meet VA requirements, to the Contracting Officer via e-mail or fax at: 478-274-5616. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
