- This procurement is for an Updated Pulsed Laser Deposition Multilayer Target Control. Target Carrousel Flange Assembly. Planetary gear assembly w/ six target axles. Six- 1" diameter target mounting plates. 8" knife-edge flange w/ 4 mini ports. Magnetic fluid sealing rotary feed thru for carrousel drive. Synchronous AC motor on welded bellows feed thru for target drive. Heat/contamination shield, Rated for 110 Volt operation. The delivery will be 12 to 16 weeks ARO. The project is for AFRL/PRPG, Bldg 450, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433-7765. NAICS Code 334515 and Size Standard is 500 employees. This is a Sole Source procurement. Synopsis published for informational purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. This proposed contract action is for procurement of a supply/service for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. The proposed source is NEOCERA, LLC. 10000 Virginia Manor Rd. Ste 300, Beltsville, MD 20705-4206. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the government will consider all quotations/responses received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
