- This is modification 1 to the synopsis entitled Mast Climbers-Scaffolding(NNM08254174Q) which was posted on June 16, 2008.You are notified that the following changes are made: The purpose of this amendment is to announce an Industry Day for on-site visitation toall vendors who would like to visit the test stands for a better understanding of MSFC'srequirement for the Mast Climbers.MSFC will not provide any information other than to point out the test stands.Thereshall be no communication between vendors and the NASA Technical POC; however, questionsmay be submitted at the end of the site visit to the Procurement Administrator which willbe logged and provided to the NASA Technical Representative to be answered in anamendment to the solicitation.Vendors should be prepared to meet at the Dynamic Test Stand at building 4550 which islocated on Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama on Friday 27, 2008 at 9:00a.m. The site visit could take between 1-2 hours depending on the amount of measurementdetail the contractor desires.Vendors should bring measuring devices and digital camerato take photos.
