- Description
- The Top Lake Trail Construction project will relocate a portion of the Top Lake Trail #1506 starting at the Top Lake Trailhead. The work will consist of the construction of approximately 3,600 feet of new trail. There are no restrictions on the use motorized or mechanized equipment in the project area. Items of work will include: construction of a 36 inch wide full bench trail with drainage structures and features as needed. This project is located northwest of Wenatchee, Washington, near the Top Lake Trailhead, Chelan County. The performance period is 90 calendar days with a desired start date being August 1, 2008. The Government’s estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. A 100% payment bond or irrevocable letter of credit is required after award. The NAICS code is 237990. No set asides will be utilized. No formal site visit is anticipated.

- Address: This project is located northwest of Wenatchee, Washington in Chelan County. From Wenatchee, drive west on Highway 2, turn right at State Highway 207 and follow to the junction of Highway 207 and FS Road 6500. Follow FS Road 6500 to the junction with FS Road 6700. Turn left and proceed about ¼ mile to FS Road 6701. Follow this road to the junction with FS Road 6701-400, keep right crossing over Lake Creek proceeding on FS Road 6701-500 road to the Top Lake Trailhead. About a ¼ mile before the present trailhead turn right on FS Road 6701-520.
