- Contractor shall provide scheduled preventive maintenance inspections (PMIs), on-call remedial maintenance and as-needed parts and service in accordance with manufacture's instruction and commercial practices, for the SEM Models 7050 P and 266-3 paper shredders and SEM Model 22 HDS disintegrator. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THIS CONTRACT IS SOLE-SOURCED.
