- The contractor shall provide semi-annual preventive maintenance and emergency maintenance/repair to the Pitney Bowes Mail Processors, described below in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and commercial practices. Mail Processor Model: DM1000 Serial: 4630697 Power Stacker Model: U7PS Serial: 25358 Platform Scale Model: MP49 Serial: 19240 Annual usage volume limit: 360,000 letters per year 30,000 letters per month Parts covered under this contract: All Inclusive NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THIS CONTRACT IS SOLE-SOURCED.
