- ACA, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Marriott New Orleans Convention Center for lodging support during the 2008 Essence Music Festival. Event location was selected by the festival and will be hosted by the US Army. The contract will provide the US Armys lodging needs during the event. Lodging is to be provide at the festival site.
