- It is anticipated that RFP 528-08-IB-0190 will be issued the week of June 15, 2008. The solicitation will be issued unrestricted pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program as pursuant to FAR 19.10. The solicitation documents will be available online and no paper copies will be provided. Potential solicitation amendments documents will be posted electronically at fbo.gov. Project 528A7-07-763ES Work includes general construction, mechanical and electrical work for the Replace Leaking Steam Condensate Tanks, as indicated on the plans and specifications. BID OPTION #1 Replace CP-07 as indicated on the drawings. SITE VISIT: An organized site visit has NOT been scheduled. Appointments to visit the site may be made by contacting Michael Arnold at (315) 425-4400 extension 54850. ALL VISITORS TO THE MEDICAL CENTER ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE APPROPRIATE VA SECURITY IDENTIFICATION. ALL VISITORS WITHOUT EXISTING VA ID ARE REQUIRED TO REPORT TO FIRST FLOOR FRONT ENTRANCE, TO SIGN IN AND RECEIVE A TEMPORARY VISITOR'S ID BADGE. TEMPORARY ID BADGES ARE TO BE RETURNED TO THE POLICE, AND VISITORS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN OUT WHEN EXITING THE MEDICAL CENTER. BID OPENING: is Scheduled for July 10th at 2:00pm in the A&MM Conference Room in Bldg 2 at the Syracuse Facility. Estimated total construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS code is 238220 and the small business size standard is $ 13M.
