- PR # 0018403276, 5998-01-305-4866. Approved source: EDO (62065) P/N 185950-01. The requirement is for 8 each to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA within 240 days with any balance to be delivered at a rate of 8 each every 30 days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/Rfp on its issue date of 06/26/08. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available, therefore the government intends to solicit under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. 26. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
