- The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive award to Espatial Inc. in Herndon, VA for 1 base year software license maintenance fee and 3 option years to extend that fee for the iSMART web portal to begin 06/25/2008 for the USGS Headquarters in Reston, VA. Espatial is the only known source for this requirement because no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Espatial designed the web portal to be covered under this software license maintenance agreement and they hold all trademarks and copyrights associated with the iSMART software. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
