- The proposed contract action is one for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only once source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The proposed contract will be a firm-fixed price 5-year Requirements type contract. The intended source is Tenebraex Corp, CAGE 1D2P7, 27 Drydock Avenue, Boston, MA 02210-2377. The items to be procured are various Anti-Reflective Devices to support various Optics. This specific procurement will consist of 9 distict Anti-Reflective Devices.
