- The Department of Labor has a requirement for Contract Administration Management Services. This procurement is an 8(a) (competitive) set-aside. The government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base year and four one-year options. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 541611 with a Small Business Size Standard of $6.5 million. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available for download on or about February 26, 2008. Proposal will be due by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time April 9, 2008. A Pre-Proposal conference will be held at 2101 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 200, Arlington, Virginia on March 11, 2008 at 1:00 PM EST. All questions concerning this competition must be directed in writing via email to Paula Miller-Sheelor at Sheelor.paula@dol.gov. No questions or inquiries will be accepted by phone or fax. The distribution of the resulting solicitation will be accomplished solely through the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation documents will not be available; therefore, no written, telephone, or facsimile request for documents will be accepted. The FedBizOpps site provides downloading instructions.
