- Description
- The Government is soliciting proposals to select a contractor to provide worldwide integrated management and cradle-to-grave acquisition and logistics support for the Tunner and Halvorsen cargo loader weapon system in the Tunner/Halvorsen Program Office (THPO). The contractor shall provide advisory and assistance services to include, but not limited to, program advisement/management, financial/business management, logistics management, mechanical and system engineering assistance and administrative support. Support to include labor, data and travel. The period of performance for the prospective award will be from 29 Sep 08 to 28 Mar 09 plus four 1-year options to be exercised at the discretion of the government. This is a competitive 8a Set-Aside. Place of Performance - Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is 15 days after the posting of the synopsis. Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available on the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The RFP will not be available in hard copy form. Telephone requests will not be honored. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for any amendments made to the solicitation.
