- The 96th Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for a Digital C-Arm and associated components as listed below setting brand name or equal. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The announcement number is FM 282373540445. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334517 with a size standard of 500 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The requirement consists of the following items: Digital C-Arm, 1K2 x 12-bit highline video/image display, digital image rotations, storage capacity >20,000 images, integrated 18.1” high resolution TFT monitors capable of displaying 1,024 shade of gray, digital image rotation and reversal without radiation, control panel that provides a high level of automation, anatomical programs, pulsed fluoroscopy with last image hold, patient dose recording, half-dose mode, laser cross-hair positioning and centering, large C-arm opening, small footprint, compact and lightweight design, fully counterbalanced in any position, stability even when the locks are disengaged, fast and simple change of projection during examinations, effortless positioning, 45degree forward orbital rotation, 20cm vertical lift extension, extreme positioning angles possible, two service manuals and two operators manuals.
