Description
Solicitation IQC08151009020 will contain one NSN6130-01-513-9182 for a Battery Power Supply; Application/ Weapon System: Various Navy Ships. This requirement will be solicited for award of a Stock/DLA Direct Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a 1-year base and four 1-year option periods. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. Approved source (s) of supply is MC Dowell Research Co, Inc, Cage 0VJU1, P/N MRC-82. Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) and Maximum Annual Quantity (MAQ) are as follows: Base Year AEQ: 187 each, each Option Year AEQ: 187 each. : Base Year MAQ: 374 each, each Option Year MAQ: 374 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, Delivery Schedule 1280 days ARO. Surge coverage is not required for this NSN. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is estimated at June 27, 2008. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the Offeror’s product is equal to the product cited in the AID. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
