- Interested businesses responding to this market survey must provide a capability statement demonstrating their experience, expertise and available resources to perform the various tasks of this requirement. The capability statement and any other information furnished must be in writing and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow NIH to determine if the party can meet all of the foregoing requirements. Information submitted is to be pertinent and specific to the technical requirements identified above and demonstrate your firm's ability to provide all personnel and resources necessary to provide all of the services identified. Include (1) business name, address,e-mail address, website address, telephone number and name of contact; (2) business size and type of business (e.g., small business, HUBZone, service-disabled veteran-owned small business etc.); and (3) at least two recent past performance references to include contract number, dollar value, name of contact and telephone number. Three copies of the cpapbility statement must be received at the address identified in this sources sought no later than 2:00 PM EST on June 25, 2008. When utilizing a courier service, Federal Express, UPS, or Express Mail, the city, state an zip code MUST read ROCKVILLE, MD 20852. Responses by facsimile (FAX) or e-mail WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This sources sought is for information and planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for the information solicited. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether sufficient businesses within any of the socio-economic programs possess the capability to fulfill the Government's requirement and to ensure competition under a set-aside acquisition. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement as a set-aside based upon responses to this notice is solely within the direction of the Government.
